At Arka Pure Life, we take great pride in the quality of our Desi Ghee, Makhana, Rajma, and other natural staples. Since we deal in perishable food items, our policy is designed to ensure the safety of our customers and the integrity of our products.
1. Returns
Due to the nature of our products (perishables and food items), we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during transit, or incorrect items being sent.
To be eligible for a resolution, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the seal intact and in its original packaging.
2. Damaged or Wrong ProductsWe take utmost care in packaging, but if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 24 to 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
- Email us at [Insert Email] with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the outer packaging.
- Once we verify the claim, we will initiate a replacement or a refund at no extra cost to you.
The following cases are not eligible for a refund or return:
- Products that have been opened, used, or had their seal broken.
- Minor variations in color, aroma, or texture (as these are natural products).
- Incorrect address provided by the customer leading to non-delivery.
- Items purchased during a "Clearance Sale" or using a specific non-refundable discount code.
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 business days. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
5. Order CancellationYou can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it, provided it has not already been dispatched. Once the order is shipped, we cannot process a cancellation.
