1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to over 18,000+ pin codes across India. While we aim for pan-India coverage, some remote areas may have limited service or extended delivery timelines.
2. Shipping Charges- Standard Orders: A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to all orders below ₹999.
- Free Shipping: We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders with a total value of ₹999 or more.
- COD Fees: For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional handling fee of ₹100 may apply.

- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays).
- Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS/Email to monitor your shipment in real-time.

5. Tampered or Damaged PackagesYour health and safety are our priority. If you notice that the outer packaging is tampered with or damaged at the time of delivery, please do not accept the package. Take a photo of the damaged box and contact our support team immediately.
6. Undelivered OrdersIf an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, inaccessible location, or the customer being unavailable after 3 attempts, a re-shipping fee may be applicable to send the package again.
